Our Terms and Conditions
M&M's Limousine is committed to providing exemplary service to all our clients. Our terms and conditions are designed to safeguard both the interests of our customers and our business. Here, we outline the key terms pertaining to additional stops, multiple terminal drop-offs, toll charges, and vehicle capacity:
Additional Stops En Route
The cost for stops en route are determined based on the distance traveled and time spent. The minimum charge for each stop are as follows:
Sedans: $15 per stop
SUVs: $25 per stop
Multiple Terminal Drop-Offs
We charge a nominal fee of $10 for every terminal drop-off to cover the additional time and distance.
Toll Charges
407 ETR tolls and other toll bridge charges will be applied retrospectively after the completion of the transfer.
Lost or Forgotten Items
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items left in the limousine. If any items are found, arrangements can be made for pick-up at our nearest location. Delivery to your pick-up or drop-off location cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Methods
While we accept cash payments, a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Cash balances must be settled with the driver before commencing your trip.
Vehicle Capacity
We strictly adhere to vehicle seating capacities as follows:
Sedans: Maximum 4 passengers with luggage accommodations of 3 large suitcases or 4 carry-on suitcases.
SUVs: Maximum 6 passengers with luggage space for 6 large suitcases or 8 medium suitcases.
For additional passenger or luggage needs, please arrange for another vehicle.
