Airport Pick Up Procedures
Navigating through airport pick-up procedures can be challenging, especially after a long flight. At M&M Limousine, we make the process straightforward and effortless.

Lester B Pearson International Airport (YYZ) Pick Up
Upon your arrival at the Pearson International Airport (YYZ), kindly note that our chauffeurs cannot leave their vehicles unattended.
To ensure a smooth pick-up process, we have established a simple procedure:

Clear customs and collect your luggage.

Terminal 1 passengers: Proceed to Door A on the arrivals level. Notify the commissionaire.

Terminal 3 passengers: Proceed to Door A (Post 7) on the arrivals level. Notify the commissionaire.

Call our dispatch office at 1-800-263-8388 to notify them if your driver does not arrive within 3 mins.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) Pick Up
For passengers arriving at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), please follow these steps:

After exiting the baggage area and before boarding the ferry or proceeding to the pedestrian tunnel, call us at 1-800-263-8388.

Upon receiving your call, your driver will pull up in front of the terminal. We will provide you with the vehicle's license plate number.

Please remember, due to limited parking around the terminal, drivers cannot stop for prolonged periods.
Meet & Greet Service
For an additional charge of $70 + HST, we offer a Meet & Greet service at all YYZ terminals. Your chauffeur will meet you outside the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
