M&M Limousine's Refund Policy

Our Policy

At M&M Limousine, we prioritize our customer's satisfaction and comfort above all. We have instituted a clear and fair refund policy to ensure that all cancellations are handled with utmost professionalism and transparency. Below, we detail the aspects pertaining to trip cancellations, waiting time, and the relevant charges:

Cancellation of Trips

All our esteemed customers are required to cancel their trips at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, we ensure a hassle-free refund process. However, trips canceled with less than 4 hours notice will incur a charge of the full fare, including applicable taxes and gratuities. In the case of no-shows, the full fare including taxes and gratuities will be billed.

Waiting Time Charges

We value your time and provide a 15-minute grace period for all pickups. Post the grace period, waiting time will be billed per minute at the following rates:

Sedans: $70 per hour

SUVs: $100 per hour

In understanding the delays associated with airport arrivals, especially at Lester B Pearson International Airport (YYZ), we have allocated no-charge waiting time as follows:

1 hour for domestic arrivals

90 mins for international arrivals

Any additional waiting time will be billed at a rate of $60 per hour.
